The Role:
Calico is a growing company looking for a Business Development Associate who will is passionate about making a difference and changing how buildings use energy. This role spans across all aspects of business development from research to relationship building to marketing and trade shows. As an integral member of our team, you will work closely with multiple senior leaders.
You're hungry to learn and operate with a strong sense of ownership. You care about being on a positive and inclusive team and take initiative to build and nurture relationships. You work to generate results, ask for help when you need it, escalate barriers, and are comfortable in conversation with executives. You also know what you don’t know. You are flexible and comfortable wearing many hats.
